The following investment requirements serve as a qualifier for your application to the Montenegro citizenship-by-investment programme.
OPTION 1
FUND CONTRIBUTION
- Innovation Fund of Montenegro
- Main applicant: EUR 100,000 contribution
- Government Fund Donation
- Main applicant: EUR 100,000 contribution.
- (Government and due diligence fees apply).
OPTION 1
REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
- Undeveloped area (North of the country): EUR 250,000.
- OR
- Developed area (South of the country): EUR 450,000.
- (Applicant must invest in an approved real estate project).
